Community Hospice serves hundreds of patients every day and depends on the community for donations to support our care programs and patients, regardless of their resources or severity of their illnesses, as well as bereavement support and our palliative care program.

Make a single donation online, by phone (330-343-7605), or by mail. Donating is quick, easy, secure, and you will be helping provide world-class holistic care services to nearly 300 patients every day – regardless of their ability to pay.

Make a Memorial or Honor Gift

Honor someone important in your life by making a one-time or monthly gift in their name. When you give in celebration of your loved one, you help us give critical care and comfort to patients facing serious and advanced illness.

Each year, Community Hospice hosts a wide range of events across our service area from educational and advocacy to small social fundraisers and large Galas.
