Smiles abound as Hogs for Hospice winner claims her prize. Sharon McMerrell is the lucky winner of the 2022 883 iron. Sharing in her celebration was the Adventure Harley staff along with those pictured: Kimberly Gray, Events Coordinator at AHD, Darrell Miller, Director of Mission Advancement at Community Hospice and Holly Flickinger, Browse and Buy Operations Manager.
First runner up winner (of $500.00 Adventure Harley Davidson Gift Card) was Robert Cox. Second runner up winner (of $250.00 Adventure Harley Davidson Gift Card) was Don Bille.
Our Browse & Buy store in Dover shares in the joy for Sharon, as the winning ticket was purchased at the store. Sharon mentioned to Mona Sayre, fundraising and events coordinator at Community Hospice that she often drops things off at that location to support Community Hospice.
Community Hospice is very grateful for the partnership this year with Adventure Harley Davidson. The motorcycle raffle not only raised funds for patient care but drew awareness to our organization and our mission. As a non-profit community based hospice, we do not turn anyone away regardless of their ability to pay.
Thank you to Adventure Harley Davidson for the donation of the motorcycle and runner up prizes. We are honored to be able to collaborate with you in order to bring peace, hope and compassion to our community.
